Join the City of Raleigh for the 6th Annual Environmental Awards Celebration at the Nature Research Center Wing of the NC Museum of Natural Sciences on Earth Day, April 22.
Please submit your RSVP by Monday, April 15.
The Raleigh Environmental Awards Program will honor award recipients from twelve different award categories. The City of Raleigh established the Environmental Awards to recognize the outstanding work in environmental stewardship. The program recognizes individuals and organizations that have demonstrated a commitment to the environment in our community.
For it’s third year, the City of Raleigh shares the evening with the Greater Triangle Stewardship Development Awards (GTSDA). The GTSDA continues to recognize residential, commercial and public land developments in the Greater Triangle region of North Carolina that demonstrate outstanding environmental stewardship through protection, conservation, improvement, and appreciation of our natural resources.
This awards celebration is made possible through the generous donations from local businesses that share the vision of environmental stewardship for the Raleigh community. The evening features excellent local eateries, brewers, and confectioners. These donations, both monetary and in-kind, make it possible to offer this event at no cost to attendees. Please join the City of Raleigh in thanking the 2013 sponsors.
