A Trailer Park Christmas by Rachel Klem & Jeffrey Moore

Local filmmaker Jeffrey Moore and Rachel Klem team up to present this interactive, holiday entertainment. Now in its 11th smash year, “A Trailer Park Christmas” follows the Dodson/Hussy family at their Christmas eve holiday party. Audiences are treated as guests and encounter ghosts, fruitcakes and a holiday tornado. Come see why all your friends and family have made this their holiday tradition!
Co-writer and director Rachel Klem has been directing theatre in the Triangle since 2001. She moved here after receiving her MFA in acting from Depaul University’s The Theatre School. While in Chicago, she acted and taught theatre for Navy Pier, Chicago TheatreSports, University of Illinois at Chicago, and the City of Chicago. She has directed over 40 productions in North Carolina, including her favorites at NCSU’s University Theatre: Gross Indecency, Something’s Afoot, Around the World in 80 Days and The 39 Steps. Ms. Klem writes and adapts plays, including more than 10 plays for children. She has received national attention for her play, The Bowling Show, set in a Chicago bowling alley. 
Co-writer Jeffrey Moore writes, directs, produces, and acts in his short films. His first film What the Frock?! premiered at The Palm Springs International Short Film Festival in 2007. It also won best short film at the 2007 Ava Gardner Film Festival. Mr. Moore continues to write and produce his own films in Cary, NC.
