The class begins with a wine tasting in the bar. All of Irregardless’ ‘wines by the glass’ are offered – a selection of over 20 unique wines, which are enjoyed throughout the evening. The class then moves into Irregardless kitchen to the back prep table, where appetizers are served. While enjoying these tasty bites, Chef Arthur describes his philosophy of food and of life. Between all this, he demonstrates how the appetizers are made, and then moves on to preparing the dinner. Arthur loves cooking vegetarian meals, however he often features seafood, poultry and beef ingredients. At about 8:00 p.m., the class returns to the dining room where they sit down together and enjoy dinner with more wine, followed by dessert samples and coffee. The evening is lots of fun, full of laughter and meaningful conversations.
