Big Bad Ball Event to Benefit Wake Hospice

A Gala Event to Benefit Hospice of Wake County

Presented by the Young Executive Members of the Capital City Club

After ten incredible years, the tradition continues of Triangle socials getting together for a night of black tie fun with music, dancing, gourmet food and great fun at Capital City Club to support a charity that is a pillar of the Triangle community, Hospice of Wake County, a Triangle United Way Agency of Excellence.

The Big Bad Ball makes fund raising fun, while also raising awareness of Hospice. Recognized with a Standing Ovation Award as the top Triangle charity event in Metro Magazine’s 2007 MetroBravo Awards, the benefit has sustained a decade of success, raising upwards of $100,000 per year.

Two great bands provide selections of music for all generations. Come early for big band swing or dance the night away to contemporary and classic rock.

Enjoy Gourmet Hors d’oeuvres, pasta, carving stations, lush desserts, a late-night breakfast and five open bars. A silent auction will be held where you can support Hospice of Wake County and do some early holiday shopping, rich with over 150 offerings of jewelry, sports memorabilia, event tickets, fine dining, health and beauty services, travel, and more….Featuring online bidding with hand held devices by BidPal.

Please put this date, September 29, 2012 on you calendar. We look forward to sharing an evening of fun and revelry to help a worthy cause.
