Enjoy a retreat from ‘doing’ and immerse yourself in a day of mindful silence. Retreat allows us to renew ourselves from the inside out so that we may ultimately be more fully engaged in our everyday lives. This day of mindfulness includes 2 Gentle Yoga classes, 3 meditations, a meal in silence, and free time to walk, journal, rest and just ‘be’ in the presence of others. A wonderful way to reconnect with yourself, let go of worries, and recharge your body, mind, heart.
Feel free to bring a Yoga mat, and blanket (we also have these in the studio), and journal. Includes an organic vegetarian lunch. Designed for both the beginner & experienced practitioner.
