Homebrewed is back and even bigger than before! Presented by the Raleigh City Museum, Busy Bee Cafe, Raleigh Beer Week, and New Raleigh, Homebrewed Raleigh is a small beer fest featuring top-notch home brewers.
You can visit on Saturday, April 21st from either 1:00pm-4:00pm or 5:00pm-8:00pm to drink painstakingly hand-crafted, delicious beer while raising funds for the Raleigh City Museum in the process.
In addition to a beer-tasting session, this year Homebrewed will feature a home brewing beer panel from 12:00-12:45pm and a “Homebrew 101” class taught by the folks of American Brewmaster from 4:00-4:45pm, each at the Busy Bee Cafe. Admission to these events is included in your Homebrewed ticket regardless of which time block is purchased.
Tickets for each 3-hour window are $25 for museum members and $30 for non-members and go on sale Tuesday, March 13th. To purchase tickets, stop by the Raleigh City Museum or call us at (919) 832-3775 to pay by credit card over the phone. This event has a limited capacity, so be sure and pick up your tickets early. Previous Homebrewed Raleighs sold out way in advance, so don’t miss out this time.
For additional information, call Grayson Walton at (919) 832-3775 or email Ladye Jane Vickers.
Proceeds from Homebrewed go to the museum, Raleigh’s only institution dedicated to collecting, preserving, and interpreting the city’s history.
