The Lucy Daniels Center is excited to announce its first 5k event! The Inside Out 5k will be held Saturday, May 10 at the Lucy Daniels Center on Weston Parkway in Cary. Registration begins at 7:15 a.m. and the runners will begin racing at 7:45 with walkers and joggers following at 8:30 a.m. Individual or team options are available as well as sponsorship opportunities.
The course is certified and registration includes both a chip and a bib. Early registration for runners is $30 and $35 on the day of the race. All joggers and walkers who make a minimum donation of $25 will receive an official 5K t-shirt. There will also be refreshments, music, prizes and lots and lots of fun.

All proceeds will benefit programs of the Lucy Daniels Center in Cary. Together we can help children grow emotionally, from the inside out. The Lucy Daniels Center is the largest and most comprehensive nonprofit provider of mental health services exclusively for children in the Triangle region, serving nearly 700 children and their families each year.
