30 years ago Raleigh’s first Gay Pride celebration was held on Saturday, June 25, 1988. Participants, numbering over 2,000, gathered at the NC State’s Memorial Bell Tower on Hillsborough St. and marched to Capitol Square.
On Sept. 29, 2018 join us as we honor the past and celebrate the future as we echo their voices on Harrington St.
