The Raleigh Downtown Farmers Market is a center for community gathering. Each week the Farmers Market community booth features a local nonprofit providing education about sustainability, agriculture, community, and gardening.
In addition to the regular market activities, including live music weekly, the Farmers Market has several special events throughout the season to showcase North Carolina’s agricultural bounty.
This new market is a reinvention of its predecessor, the Moore Square Farmers Market. With a new look, new name, new website, and new location, this market promises to be the premier venue for locally grown produce and artisan foods in Raleigh.
