Rockin The Suburbs w/ Joe Hero (Foo Fighters Tribute)

Borrowing their name from Ben Folds’, “Rockin The Suburbs”, these male-middle-class-and-white musicians manage to seriously rock without ever taking themselves too seriously. The members of Rockin’ The Suburbs came together in 2012 with a common appreciation for the not-so mainstream. Tired of being all alone in their white boy pain, they drew upon a broad range of experience from original, cover, and even tribute bands.

With influences ranging from Tom Petty to Neon Trees, Duran Duran to Weezer, The Clash to Jack White, Rockin’ The Suburbs puts their own twist on popular alt/pop/rock songs from the totally radical 1980s to the totally…present…day, while harnessing this broad range of influences and experience into their own original tracks.

“Come ready to sing, dance, jump, and yes, drink along with the band. Just try to have as much fun as we are.”, RTS.
