Yang Tai Chi for Beginners is an introduction workshop to the basics of Tai Chi, such as:

Reeling Silk Tai Chi Movements
It is 1-2 hours in length, breaks can be taken
Small Groups – We limit all beginners tai chi classes to 7 people.
Progressive – Build on this to other Tai Chi expressions and forms
