Guided by the belief that every person with diabetes has the right to live a healthy, happy, and productive life, Taking Control of Your Diabetes educates and motivates people with diabetes to take a more active role in their condition and provides innovative and integrative continuing diabetes education to medical professionals caring for people with diabetes.
TCOYD conferences and health fairs focus on the importance of diabetes education and self-advocacy when it comes to your condition. TCOYD conferences and health fairs bring together people with diabetes and those at risk with national and local medical professionals and diabetes related experts for a day of informative and motivating programs that empower the participants to take control of their diabetes.

Conference and Health Fair 9:00am – 5:00pm
How Much:
$15 per person (before noon on Wednesday, May 16, 2012)
or
$10 per person when registering with 2 or more people
$10 per person with TCOYD Membership or renewal ($20 for TCOYD membership)
$20 per person (on-site registration)
