Band Together is supporting local music talent with a true battle to see what band will take the inaugural crown. Five music industry judges will vote to determine the fate of one winner, who will walk away for a cash prize and earn a slot to play (and get paid again) at our Annual Event.
This event will help Band Together reach its goal to support local music as well as its 2012 nonprofit partner, Urban Ministries of Wake County. We will be doing a canned food drive to support Urban Ministries’ Food Pantry. Bring cans to help your favorite band and our community!
How the vote works: There will be 5 judges from the music industry. Each Judge will receive one vote. Each audience member will also receive a write-in vote. This year, the audience will receive an additional 2nd vote that will be tied to canned food donations. Bring canned foods and place them with your favorite band and the band with the most cans will get one additional vote. So, 7 total votes.
When: March 1, 2012. Doors open at 6:30, show starts at 7:30.

This is an ALL AGES SHOW.
Tickets: General Admission tickets are $12.50. VIP tickets (includes food, drink, donation, and private viewing area) are $75.00. Purchase 2 VIP tickets for $140.00 ($70.00 per ticket). Tickets are available here.
Why: 100% of proceeds will go to support local music and Urban Ministries.
