Civil War Program at City Museum, August 20, 2011

On Saturday, August 20th, visit the Raleigh City Museum for a free program about the Civil War experience on the home front in Raleigh.

Costumed living historians will be present from 1-4pm to represent the good times and the bad times of the Confederate home front from 1861-1865.

Military re-enactors will also be present to demonstrate how life was for those who went off to war during the war.
