Help us conquer kids’ cancer at the Baldrick’s “Shave-A-Thon” and block party on North Street beside the pub! The downtown Hibernian may be out of commission, but we will not stop until the cure is found. Just register online to start raising funds or make a commitment to shave. We’ll have food trucks, music, and more!
Since 2006, the downtown Raleigh Hibernian has raised more than $1.1 million alone, and this year, we need your help to make this the best fundraiser to date!
It’s our eighth annual head-shaving fundraiser and we need your help to make this our biggest event to date. Shed those locks and let’s raise some funds to cure children’s cancer. Our goal is to raise $300,000 for pediatric cancer research and have 1,000 people shave their heads in solidarity with kids with cancer. Any donation or shorn head is welcome and appreciated.
Even though the pub is out of commission, we’re still hosting our shave-a-thon and block party on North Street!

About the St. Baldrick’s Foundation:
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives. The Foundation funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. St. Baldrick’s funds are granted to some of the most brilliant childhood cancer research experts in the world and to younger professionals who will be the experts of tomorrow. Funds awarded also enable hundreds of local institutions to participate in national pediatric cancer clinical trials, a child’s best hope for a cure. Since the Foundation’s first grants as an independent charity in 2005, it has funded over $78 million in childhood cancer research.
