We hope you will join us for the 5th Annual Free to Breathe® 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk & Rally in Raleigh, NC presented by Duke Raleigh Cancer Center. This event provides an opportunity for lung cancer advocates, survivors and the community to come together to raise awareness and support to fight this disease. All proceeds will benefit the North Carolina Lung Cancer Partnership’s research, education and awareness programs.
7:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Registration & Expo
8:00 – 9:00 a.m. – Rally with speakers, a survivor celebration, refreshments and music
9:00 a.m. – 1 Mile Run/Walk begins, lead by survivors
9:30 a.m. – 5K Run/Walk begins
10:15 a.m. – Kids’ Dash for children 6 and under (Free*)
(*All Kids’ Dash participants will receive a participant ribbon. Children must be registered for the 5K or 1 mile distances to receive an event t-shirt.)
7:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Registration* at Survivors’ Tent
*Registration FREE for all lung cancer survivors!
7:45 a.m. – Group picture
8:00 a.m. – Enjoy the rally
8:45 a.m. – Survivor celebration at rally
9:00 a.m. – Survivors lead 1 Mile Run/Walk
Following the 5K, there will be speakers, awards, entertainment and music.

No fee for youth ages 6 & under (no shirt)
Mail-in* (must be received by Monday, October 31, 2011)
*Please add $3 to the online registration fee.
