Hedwig and the Angry Inch will run from May 1st to May 17th in the Gaddy Goodwin Teaching Theatre at Raleigh Little Theatre.
Ticket Info: Adult tickets are $24 and $20 for seniors/students.Tickets can be purchased at the RLT Box office at 301 Pogue St, by phone at (919) 821-3111, or on the theatre website www.raleighlittletheatre.org.
Raleigh Little Theatre is to produce Hedwig and the Angry Inch in May directed by Jesse R. Gephart. This production will be replacing Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson in the 2014-2015 City Series. Hedwig is a high-voltage rock musical which won the 2014 Tony Award for Best Musical Revival and currently graces the Broadway stage.
Directory Jesse R. Gephart has directed Art for RLT in the 2013-2014 season as well as played the role of Richard Hannay in the 2012 production at RLT of The 39 Steps. Gephart also regularly directs for Hot Summer Nights/Theatre Raleigh and Theatre in the Park.
*Please note that: RLT will automatically replace tickets purchased for Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson with ones for Hedwig. However, the theatre is also offering refunds or exchanges for other productions for any season member who does not wish to see Hedwig. An announcement about the theatre’s 2015-16 season is scheduled for early February. That will be the first season in the tenure of Patrick Torres, RLT’s new artistic director.
