Inside Out 5k

Join us for the second annual Inside Out 5k on a certified course starting at the Lucy Daniels Center in Cary. Mental illness impacts everyone. Every year, regardless of race, age, religion or economic status, mental illness affects the lives of at least one in five children across the United States – that is nearly 20 million children. Mental health treatment should not be a privilege. Sadly, for many children it is. Together we can change that!

All proceeds will benefit programs of the Lucy Daniels Center in Cary. Together we can help children grow emotionally, from the inside out. The Lucy Daniels Center is the largest and most comprehensive nonprofit provider of mental health services exclusively for children in the Triangle region, serving nearly 700 children and their families each year.
