Overcome Stress with Mindfulness Meditation

Find out how to overcome the stress from daily life through mindfulness meditation. Our new meditation group meets every Monday evening. There will be basic and intermediate level instruction, discussion, and meditation. You will learn how to:

  • Deal with stress effectively
  • Heal and transform the wounds from your past
  • Realize true inner peace and serenity

It is ideal for dealing with work-related stress. The group is non-faith based, and no meditation experience is necessary.

There is no admission charge. Everyone is welcome!
