Step-On-Sepsis 5K Road race & Walkathon

Join us for our first annual 5K Road Race & Walkathon to raise awareness of Sepsis and save lives by educating the local community and health care professionals about the importance of early recognition and treatment of Sepsis. Sometimes called blood poisoning, sepsis is a toxic response to infection that can lead to multi-organ failure and death.  Over 250,000 Americans die each year from sepsis.

Race Packet Pick Up

Inside Out Sports is sponsoring packet pick up on Thursday, October 24th 4:00 – 7:00 PM. Packets may also be picked up on race day beginning at 8:00 AM at Regency Park.

Race Events & Awards

There will be one 5K event which includes professional timing. Race categories: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & up.  Prizes awarded to Top 1st, 2nd, 3rd, place overall men and women and to Top Finishers in each Age Group.  Each participant who signs up for the event by 10/20 is guaranteed a specially designed T-shirt.
