Abut Triangle Raw Foods

TRF is two people who are passionate about healthy living – body, mind, and soul. All TRF food is raw, dairy-free, meat-free, and gluten-free. Along with a weekly delivery service, TRF has a food truck so you can pick up raw food to-go. TRF will soon offer personal in-home raw food preparation classes for individuals or small groups.

TRF makes all dishes using all-natural and organic ingredients. All produce comes from local farms (Eastern Carolina Organics.)

TRF does not cook anything, or heat anything over a temperature of 105 degrees, thereby preserving all essential enzymes that allow your body and digestive system to function at its most efficient capacity.
