SCOTS is a rockabilly/surf band that was formed in 1983 in Chapel Hill. The band members are Rick Miller (vocals, guitar), Mary Huff (vocals, bass), and Dave Hartman (drums). The SCOTS catalog is primarily whimsical, and they are known for outrageous behavior on stage. They are also usually permissive about fans recording their shows.
