The Wastewater Treatment Division of the City of Raleigh Public Utilities Department has been awarded triple 2010 Platinum Peak Performance Award certificates from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA). The awards were given to the Neuse River Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Smith Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Little Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant.
