Poole’s Diner, like Mo’s, is a misnomer. Yes, the place has its origins as a diner back in the 40’s. Yes, the menu (unfortunately) is written on a chalkboard board. But it is really an American bistro, featuring as many locally grown and raised ingredients as possible.
