History à la Carte is monthly a series of 45-minute talks about a variety of topics—come learn about the Lost Colony, bitters and cocktails, World War I, North Carolina pottery, and famous (and infamous) North Carolinians, just to name a few! Our speakers run the gambit, they are often business owners, nonprofit directors, museum curators, or professors, and provide exciting perspectives to their talk.
